To Adopt:
1. Select a character that is not already taken.
2. Ask if you may adopt.
3. If character not named, name him/her.
4. Post the origianal picture of the character in your gallery; In the Artists comments paste the name and/or icon of the origianal owner, and posting the Agency's icon would be nice too.
(If you wish to change anything about the character, it can only be clothing and make-up colors)

To Dis-own and/or Donate:
1. Become a member.
2. Send a link of the character with the personality, age (and name if he/she has one)
3. Picture must be colored.
4. NO Hentai refrence pictures!
5. The character MUST be yours.
6. If the picture is on dA, and you donate, be sure to put where you donate the character to.

To become a member:
1. Ask to be a member.
2. Watch the Agency.
3. Promise Not to draw hentai for the Agency.
4. Include the Agency's Icon in your journal.

To get Banned from the Agency:
2 warnings-
Draw a hentai refrence picture.
Stealing characters from other people.
Foul language used in vein towards someone else, or just plain Foul language in general.
No warnings-
Talking bad about other peoples drawings or sites. Example: Mangafreaks4256=MangaGeeks4256.(dont get any ideas.)
Hacking into the Agency's site.
